"I know that’s not the proper way to start an email, but I honestly couldn’t think of a better way to begin. Your online system, compared to submitting the claims tradionally on paper, is phenomenal. Ms. Jackie took the time to walk me through the system step by step. She is a credit to your organization, a capable, knowledgeable source and a pleasure with which to speak. I could not help but think of the time, paper, energy, effort and money to be saved by using this system as designed. The ability to transmit, check, follow-up, update, etc… It’s as if you all thought of every good thing the system needed and put it in there. I am looking forward to making my first online submission and steering our funeral home in the direction of online submission as the norm. Initially, I told Ms. Jackie I wanted to give her a hug through the phone as she took me through the opening steps of the system. However, as we progressed, and it became more evident of the full weight of the system’s capabilities, I told her she put a bit of a tear in my eye (although, I made her promise not to tell anyone that part.)
