My name is Katherine Hutchins. Everyone calls me Kati for short. I began my career at C&J Financial in March 2015 at the age of 21. I started out as a verification specialist and quickly began to move up as I took on roles as a Customer Loyalty Specialist and then Stepped into Quality Assurance, before eventually becoming a lead in Quality Assurance. Throughout my experiences, I found a passion for helping families in their darkest times by easing the financial burden of losing a loved one. This passion is what drives me every day to be better for myself, my co-workers, and this company. As I continued to grow in this field, I was blessed to be named the Director over Call Center in September 2020. I was also asked to help design and test future C&J products to be used throughout the company. My time at C&J Financial has helped me grow as a person and been a blessing to my family. I feel lucky to call C&J Financial my home.
My time away from work is spent with my busy family of six. I am married to my wonderful husband Joseph, which we are blessed with our four beautiful children, John Cody, Lucas, Kamryn, and Kynslee. My weekends are usually booked as we bounce from ball game to ball game. But this is the life I love, and I would not change a thing!
